Hello, I’m Simon Barber, the founder of Lifestyle Farms and the builder of its first depot. Waking with a relentless vision of what I could build from a coma, I used digging in the garden as a rehabilitation programme to rebuild a broken spine and start to rebuild my strength back. I wanted to document what was involved in becoming more independent which led to recording how it is to start your business if you can just put in the dedication. On my healing journey my understanding of my coma’s vision unravelled into everything it is today.
